Julian, the fact that you listen to what we are actually looking for and execute our request so promptly was only the beginning, Your professionalism and understanding  made things a lot easier for us and the fact that you would put yourself in our position was very appreciative. Also the help that you too would give us to move was very generous of you, I never seen or had an agent actually help.  Most of all your 200% honesty that is very important to me and I can say you have been the only agent that has been completely honest with me with no sugar coating things nor unrealistic views.

You added value from day 1 when you said that you would do everything in your power to look for what we want and have that done in the time frame given to us.  You never failed us at all.  We gave you a tough job as we needed our house to be sold ASAP and you said not to worry we can do it, it was definitely hard work but you kept your word and you did it.  

Being able to to contact you at any time was helpful but actually understanding our situation made it a lot easier for us. Your approach of our sensitive situation and the support that you have given us was something that I know I could not find from anyone else.  I never felt pressured nor ignored of what our thoughts were during this process, our opinion and thoughts were always considered and valued.  You have been extremely patient and understanding which is what we needed in order to have our home sold at the highest price possible which you have done.  It's very stressful selling a home but you would always bring us back to a clam state and made sure we were not worried at all . With your positive, professional and genuine personality made us trust you 10000000% and with that trust we were not worried at all, you always looked out for the best and that's what we got and more.
